Seasonal Austrian Cuisine – every day a pleasure!

Mainly regional products from carefully selected suppliers, careful preparation and fresh ingredients ensure unique quality and best taste. The palette of our kitchen ranges from a successful mixture from Salzburg cuisine, light nouvelle cuisine to the full ingenuity of our kitchen chief.In the garden we cultivate seven raised beds with a wide variety of vegetables, garden- and wild-herbs. From this fund the kitchen employees draw and surprises the guests.

We expect you from 07:30 – 10:00 hours to our rich breakfast buffet.
From 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm our service and kitchen crew are inviting you for dinner.
